BACK PORCH AND SCEEN ROOM

We bid on this project on 2019. We provide design proposal and help owner to achieve his dream screen room with a large back porch and a patio with a hot tub. The plan was we keep some of the structural components and replace and extend the existing deck but we encounter with some existing issue that previous deck had. So we demolish the entire existing deck and build a new deck. We also carefully design the new screen room where we could build it without removing the existing window and reducing penetrations. The deck build with Number 2 Southern Pine grade, sand and sealed. The electrical works also finished.
