ADDITION

The builder called out us for an addition if we can design a master suite for this house. The house have had some remodeling and addition on the original layout since 1960s. The homeowner interested if they could have a dreamy master suite.

We visit the site to understand the project and the obstacles. The only challenges was designing an addition with minimum cost. Then we keep the ideal plan then done some analysis to reduce material costs and labor and even though have a shorter construction timelines. Which the result had been fulfilled the parties.

The project located in Durham and still under the construction.
