Arsitecht is a small business with international potential and exposure. We are new to the local market but we offer a lifetime of experience. We have learned how to resolve problems in almost every aspect of the structural construction field. We apply the most up to date construction science and techniques, combining these with the oldest, tried and true building concepts to find efficacious solutions to complex problems.

On the job training with growth opportunities.

At Arsitecht you would learn everyday and suppose to be grow.

Depend on your experience we will determine and fit best position to make sure you be able to accomplish the work.

As an Assistant Carpenter and Installer you would help the framer or probably do demolition and installation.

Submit to and pass drug screen.
Valid Social Security Card
Valid state drivers license with acceptable record
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Stand, kneel, pull continuously throughout a 10 hour shift

Responsibilities:

Demolition and remove debris
Loads / Unloads materials for job
Framing and layout sub floor and wall
Install door and window
Learns aspects of lead installer’s responsibilities
Contributes to a positive team environment
Safely perform all aspects of job in compliance with all federal, state & local laws

Qualifications:

join the OSHA, Lead base paint and asbestos short course
Prior experience in construction and skilled labor involving demolition, carpentry, roofing, installations, use safety and power and hand tools such as saw, nailer gun, utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
Math skills including using a tape measure and angles

ELECTRICIAN

Residential Electrician Qualifications and Skills:

Residential Electrician Daily Duties (assist the Electrician with the following):

Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
Trace out short circuits in wiring, using test meter.
Measure cut and bend wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools.
Maintain tools, vehicles and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
Drill holes and push or pull wiring through opening, using hand and power tools.
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers and other components.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair residential sewer systems.
Troubleshoot, repair and install both tankless and conventional water heater systems
Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
Repair and replace broken drain lines, clogged drains etc.
Repair and replace fixtures, including and not limited to faucets, toilets, shower valves etc.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Skills

Proven experience as a service plumber.
Customer oriented.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain a fully stocked van.
Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.

Requirements:

*Able to lift at least 70 pounds, navigate small areas, etc.
